PLEASE READ THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BY USING THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT

 
Contract
When contracted Workaweb and the customer sign a contract before starting any of the development of the official site. This contract is for the safety of Workaweb and the customer. Each contract is specific towards each client and the service the client wants / needs. 
 
Payment Of Web Design Service
If the client is contracting us for a website, we give you a credit card agreement which you are required to fill out for us to be charged.
 
Payment Of Additional Services
If the client is a first-time client and is contracting us for an additional service, we offer we will charge you via third party software.
 
Downpayment
Before starting the design process of the site, a 60% non-refundable downpayment will be due. The 60% will come from the initial setup fee. The other 40% will be due after the completion. Additional services will be the same. 
 
Timeframe Of Website Design
The development of the site should take no longer than 1 Month from the date of contract. If the client takes longer the contract signed between the client and Workaweb maybe terminated, and no refunds will be given.
